I am a solutions-oriented public health project administrator and have been advancing community health interventions through a Health and Housing Systems Integration framework for a decade. As a Senior Program Manager on the Federal Technical Assistance (TA) team at CSH, I support nationwide HUD and HRSA-funded projects tasked to address homelessness, health outcome imbalances, and other impacts of health related social needs (HRSN) identified by communities and systems nationwide. I am committed to advancing, leading, creating, and evaluating community health interventions for rural and non-rural communities through a variety of mechanisms, including product development, group learning, direct onsite TA, and capacity building.
Prior to joining the Federal Technical Assistance team at CSH as a Senior Program Manager in 2023, I supported the Chicago Continuum of Care as the Coordinated Entry co-lead at the Center for Housing and Health/AIDS Foundation Chicago’s Coordinated Entry team. In that role, I provided thought leadership, advocacy, systems-level coordination and administration to street outreach, Rapid Rehousing, and Permanent Supportive Housing providers. My career has focused on collaborative health and housing systems approaches for people experiencing homelessness, including street outreach, medical case management, and thought leadership around clinical cultural humility for trans and gender-affirming care for people with HIV and other special populations.
I earned a master's degree in public health, with a focus on community health, from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
