Hi! I'm Amy! I've worked in food and coffee for 8+ years, and have been honing in on skills as well as collecting knowledge on what its like to be in the baristas shoes to better manage a future team. Cafe and Bakery Manager at Summit Coffee Emory Village in Atlanta, GA; began as a baker and evolved into running the cafe. Rebuild of team, systems, and increased revenue for this location.
