Worked in Baylor system at different hospitals full time and prn, worked at Baylor Dallas full time worked in transplant CVICU ER and NICU. nitric in OR for heart and lung transplants to wean off nitric and vent after transplant. Fast track weaning protocols and ARDS protocols for hearts Cabg, bronchs, travel, rounding, time management a must for great patient care. Was able to achieve that.
