My name is Analeisa, and I am a real estate agent for The Miami Waterfront Team in Aventura. I have been working with this team for about two years now, and I have assisted my partners on many closings and have had a few of my own. My father, Andrea D'Alessio, is a realtor and investor in Miami as well.
I grew up around realtors and investors my whole life so I am very familiar with the process of deals. I can write contracts, conduct showings, do research on the MLS, compose CMA's, and much more. I am hard working and I am on time with everything I do.
While being a single agent has been great as far as the learning and exposure - I would like to be an assistant to a realtor for some time while I am still young and learning.
I have been working since I was 15 years old. My first job was as a hostess, and I then became a server and worked in restaurants for a few years. I was the manager of a restaurant from ages 18-20 in Dallas, Texas as well. I got my real estate license in 2021 and since then I have been working on my current team.
