I have looked forward to working in a laboratory to contribute to changing people’s lives while conducting research and feeding my passion for science since I was in high school, so it has always been a career goal of mine. I have worked at Mi Hogar Mexican Restaurant since 2018 and now serve as a general manager. As a general manager, some responsibilities include; inspecting preparation and storage equipment regularly to assess and maintain performance for cost-effective, safe operations, conducting health, safety, and sanitation process evaluations to identify and remedy any violations immediately, and quickly identifying problem situations and skillfully resolved incidents to the satisfaction of involved parties.
