I am a Medical Doctor and Psychologist with a passion for helping others and providing quick, effective solutions. My experience spans both healthcare and human resources, where I have been involved in primary care, emergency room services, and talent acquisition. I have a strong background in recruitment, managing selection processes, and conducting competency-based interviews, particularly for North American markets.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, I bring a proactive and dedicated approach to every role. I’m also certified in BLS-ACLS, EKG interpretation, and comprehensive care for victims of sexual and gender violence.

I have extensive experience across healthcare and human resources. As a Medical Doctor, I’ve provided primary and emergency care, managed medical reports, and coordinated patient care in rural settings. In HR, I’ve worked as a Senior Recruiter and Selection Psychologist, overseeing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring for industries in North America.

My dual expertise allows me to approach roles with a holistic understanding of both people’s well-being and organizational needs, consistently delivering results under pressure and across diverse fields.

I hold a Medical Doctor degree from the University of Zulia (2019) and a Psychology degree from the University Rafael Urdaneta (2015). These qualifications have provided me with a solid foundation in both medical care and psychological assessment, enabling me to approach patient care and recruitment with a comprehensive understanding of physical and mental health. Additionally, I have specialized training in areas like organizational psychology and emergency care, enhancing my ability to support individuals and teams in both clinical and corporate environments.
