Born in Switzerland, living in the United States for over 40 years, retired from teaching High School and College, but not ready give up teaching yet. I have ties to Kenya, namely Nairobi, and am ready to migrate and work there, hence I'm applying for teaching jobs.
Throughout my education career I have been involved in leadership positions (department chair, group leader) and have given numerous workshops and talks about education and educational technology. My recent involvements were joint talks at the University of Vienna, Austria (virtual) and the University of Notre Dame, US (face-to-face).
My hobbies include music (I play the clarinet and various other instruments) and woodworking (my latest focus is woodturning on a lathe).
