• Developed an integration to incorporate low-cost airlines into the Amadeus system, enhancing flight booking capabilities for a broader range of carriers.
• Delivered a comprehensive solution for ADO, Mexico’s largest bus company, to streamline and optimize its ticket management process.
• Designed and implemented a booking platform for Credomatic, the leading bank in Central America, enabling customers to redeem points for flight and hotel bookings.
• Engineered a content aggregation booking engine currently used by Avis, Budget, Dollar, and Thrifty for car rental reservations across Latin America.
• Developed a reservation system for Miles Car Rental, the region’s largest car rental provider, to manage bookings and improve operational efficiency.
• Created a lead capture and distribution system that aggregates data from over 200 websites and assigns leads through a mobile app for real-time management.
• Developed an AI model to predict customer purchasing intent, optimizing marketing strategies and improving conversion rates.
• Led the integration of a Large Language Model (LLM) solution (GPT) using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance customer interaction and provide dynamic content.
