As the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of a premier 55+ golf community in Arizona, I have consistently demonstrated excellence in strategic planning, financial oversight, and hospitality leadership. My background includes extensive work with capital improvement projects, food and beverage operations, and technology integration, all aimed at enhancing member experience and operational efficiency.
