Hello my name's Andrew Gerard and I'm a recent CELTA graduate from IH in Wroclaw. During my training I only taught non-native speakers. This was my first time teaching, I didn't have any prior experience.
I know how to create my own lesson, model by speech and acting, drilling choral and individual, I know how to monitor while students are working, how to set up student-centered activities, how to check instructions, I know how to grade assignments with proper marks and how to nominate plus elicit answers from students to keep everyone involved.
I'm having no teaching experience, but during my training I taught 8 45 minute lessons to lower and upper intermediate students.
I have a High School diploma from Woodland Regional. I graduated in 2013.. I also have a CELTA certificate from International House Wroclaw.
