Warehouse Staff - George Mason University Facilities Department

- Inputting tools and devices ordered by George Mason University personnel, along with inputting data on office databases for when items need to be restocked.
- Invoicing included logging work order number for warehouse inventory, inputting part, and submitting for approval
- Purchases done through other providers required more documentation from receiving the item, logging it into signout book, and inputting receipt into appropriate work order. If it would be a particle receival, the same process would be done, except that it would be closed out once all the parts arrived later on.
Recycling and Waste Specialist - George Mason University Facilities Department

- Developed spreadsheets to understand the patterns of waste and recycling diversion from George Mason University campuses (Fairfax, Arlington, Manassas, etc.) and worked to provide possible trajectories to achieve net zero by 2035
- GMU Fairfax spent the most on waste diversion at $54k, followed by Liberty Square at $37.5k, and GMU Square at $37k
- GMU Fairfax has seen the largest increase in waste diversion spending by 36.2% ($1613.89 increase)
- Drop in seasons where student presence is less (summer) compared to major semesters (fall and spring)
- Supplemented information through AI to designated best management practices
HR Analyst - Department of State, Office of Overseas Employment

- Understanding the dynamics of employment recruitment, retention, abiding by my local country and US labor laws for official State Department employees and spouses and creating tables and charts on information to be readily available to higher up management
- Researched the use of artificial intelligence within HR office practice
- Projects included local compensation plans (LCPs) for 280 different countries by extracting data from multiple points and inputting it into a spreadsheet for management use. Data included local labor laws like severance plan, severance plan date, separation notice, separation notice date, probationary periods, termination, etc.
- Reorganized the online office filing system to include more up-to-date information about countries.
- I worked within internal and external meetings for my office and for public open access using Vyond, but the same skills can be transferred to Canva, Adobe Photoshop, PowerBi, and ArcGIS.
