when I took over as the maintenance supervisor we had a total of 9 pieces of operational critical equipment down. Ranging from Jacobsen to Toro. I was able to get all but 1 back to operation. The one I couldnt was due to age and parts availability.
I also helped make us one brand equipment and switched everything to toro. I am enrolled in their follow training. I do continue to do training on my own time. As well as help bring the course to the 21st century with over seeing technology upgraded and update and add on to our club house and snack shack.
