I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over a decade of experience helping clients lose weight, build strength, and improve long-term health. Based in Tampa, I offer both in-person and remote coaching tailored to each client's goals. I specialize in evidence-based fitness programming and sustainable nutrition strategies. My approach combines accountability, habit tracking, and science-backed methods to deliver lasting results.
I have over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, working across personal training, nutrition coaching, and business development. My background includes helping clients achieve weight loss and muscle-building goals through customized fitness programs, behavior change strategies, and advanced nutritional support. I’ve also worked with wellness clinics on client retention, supplement sales, and educating patients. My work spans both in-person and remote coaching environments.
I hold a Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Vermont. I’m also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, with additional certifications in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
