I was the shift lead at Cathedral Coffee in Portland, Oregon from 2020-2022. From there I managed for a year, and then progressed into sales, wholesale accounts, green buying, roasting, and production. In the last year of my role I helped open a new location, increased sales and took on general managing alongside another coworker, and I also took on a lot of brand identity and product design.

I was in charge of a lot of things in this role and became comfortable with most industry standard terms for wholesale. I also set margin prices for the roasting side of the business, working off of Profit Loss Sheets and overall revenue from the cafes.

I started in coffee at Arcade in Riverside, CA as a social media intern. I worked there for 2 years and learned a lot of small business concepts; helped build out a location, worked on bar, did back of house tasks, and deliveries. I was also in charge of their weekly mobile bar; set-up, tear-down, and staffing.

Alongside Geoff Gouveia and his team, we built up an art community in a studio environment. Outside of the projects, I specifically was in charge of running the finance planning for the space; sourcing new materials for projects and implementing their use for new users.
