I was the shift lead at Cathedral Coffee in Portland, Oregon from 2020-2022. From there I managed for a year, and then progressed into sales, wholesale accounts, green buying, roasting, and production. In the last year of my role I helped open a new location, increased sales and took on general managing alongside another coworker, and I also took on a lot of brand identity and product design.
I was in charge of a lot of things in this role and became comfortable with most industry standard terms for wholesale. I also set margin prices for the roasting side of the business, working off of Profit Loss Sheets and overall revenue from the cafes.

I was also in charge of their weekly mobile bar; set-up, tear-down, and staffing.
