- Led finance transformation, aimed at reducing the operating cost of the finance function. Led recruiting process in Mexico in order to move finance from the US to a lower cost country, whilst also establishing a future set-up to integrate the US and Mexico finance teams in a shared service function.
- Active involvement / leadership of the finance function during the SAP implementation (concurrently implementing our global Concur platform, Medius and Vertex; delivering a successful go-live in September 2024. Provided regular updates to the SteerCo on readiness at various stages of the project having a direct influence on whether to move forward or not. - Management of a team of 10 FTE's based physically in UK, Spain and Dubai (2 x controllers, 4 x credit control, 1 x payroll, 3 x general accountant)
- Managed the organisational change by spending time regularly on site with the team in Spain.

- Controller for two legal entities; including monthly reporting, margin and overhead analysis; understanding and explaining variances. Year end and statutory reporting including managing the internal and external audit processes.
- Project manager for consolidation project for recently acquired satellite organisation, ensuring regular follow up meetings and visits to ensure compliance with implemented processes.
- Local finance business partner for the consumer division, regularly liaising with both local and global sales and finance management, liaising directly with sales managers during the weekly sales forecasts, quarterly forecasts and the annual budget process.
