Andrew Sori

I am a graduate of the University of Miami with a Masters in Biomedical Engineering, electrical concentration. I have worked at the university in conjunction with Mt. Sinai Hospital's Biedermann Institute to analyze and develop medical devices for the industry.

• Taught 8th grade Biology, pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 Honors, and Science, as well as 7th grade math and Science

• Developed prototypes to meet the client's specifications, including developing electrical schematics, software, 3d models, and proof-of-concept prototypes
• Operated a 3d printer to produce client prototypes with varying specifications

Industrial Engineer at University of Miami, Department of Industrial Engineering (2015-06 – 2018-08)

• Assisted and headed various projects involving VICON Motion Capture System
• Reconstructed CT scans into models and inserted implants into these models
• Using MATLAB, AnyBody, and Solidworks extrapolated live data to be implemented into CAD models to simulate real kinematics and chemical reactions
