In my past 15 years of experience I've seen most of it, from the starting rolls of retail to the management side of it. Worked alone and with teams, self-driven or team leader does not intimidate me.
Manage night crew to ensure inventory is pushed out in a timely manner along with overseeing store layout is up to current standards per season. Create and manage without moment's notice new inventory in stock room to be neatly organized so anyone can understand the system. Ensure team is being heard and respected amongst themselves and continue that growth to build a scene of importance in each individual.
Become as flexible as possible to assist in any zone that needs replacement or help. Self-driven to keep the line running no matter how big or small the obstacle. Keep in with all safety regulations as well contribute to any improvements. Learn to actively seek out ways to improve workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Completed all required courses at UEI in Stockon California as well as received my universal license. Learned the service side of units such as the how to do a pump down to brazing. Learned how to make ducts and how to replace parts.
