College student looking to take advantage of and practice the skills and knowledge I obtained from my AAS in Business Administration to provide stellar customer service. I am seeking a position with a progressive company that will not only complement my skill set and abilities, but also allow me to utilize my assets to their full potential. 2018- 2019: Lead Installer at Soons Construction, Spokane, WA

• This job required me to have a rigorous schedule, waking up at 4:00am and oftentimes working till 10:00pm dealing with a variety of customers daily. The job also required me to communicate effectively between customers and the builders they hired (like Lexar homes, Hayden homes, and others) to ensure customer satisfaction. On site duties consisted of managing the installation of siding, trims, windows, and doors and occasionally framework. In the year that I worked with Soons Construction I moved up through several promotions eventually landing a leadership role, which enabled me to oversee projects.

• Working at planet fitness my duties were to work in a team to ensure smooth gym operations during the afternoon to closing hours, to maintain club cleanliness, and address customer needs with exceptional service. Throughout my time at Planet Fitness, I achieved high levels of customer satisfaction and received recognition for my customer-service and my teamwork in keeping the Gym clean. This experience sharpened my interpersonal and communication skills, enhanced my time management abilities, and instilled a strong commitment to cleanliness in me.
