I grew up in the St Clair County area and have called it my home ever since. I currently work as a labor and delivery nurse and I love the impact I can make in this field. Women's health is so important and is an area that I would love to always work in.

• Nurse externs provide conscientious care to medical/surgical patients in an acute care setting. As a nurse extern, I was given opportunities to practice and improve nursing skills such as lab draws, IV insertion, foley insertion, straight catheters, and EKG.
