As a Branch Manager, I am responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of the branch. My duties include hiring staff and heading the onboarding and staff training process, building rapport with customers and the community, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.
Guide sales officers and introduce clients to them. Maintain stability in smooth-functioning of the activities in branch. Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries.
