Anna Griffin

I am a recent graduate from thephotojournalism program at the University ofMissouri. Currently, I amjust finishing up a photography internship for the Little Rock Rangersand freelancing at the Arkansas Democrat Gazette as I move to New York. I have previously worked as a photo intern for Mizzou Athletics and as an on-staff photographer for the Columbia Missourian.

As a visual storyteller, I see the world in photos. I believe that every moment, interaction, and space has a story to tell, and I feel compelled to capture these moments, especially ones filled with energy and passion. I am most interested in photographing sports and the raw emotions that come along with athleticism.

Through my rigorous journalism education, I have developed visual and auditory storytelling skills, and my background in photojournalism has instilled in me a commitment to truth and integrity, ensuring that my photographs not only capture excitement but also convey the human experience behind each moment. I aspire to make images that resonate with people and leave a lasting impression that inspires a deeper appreciation for the power of sports and the human spirit.

I have worked a variety of different photography and video jobs for Mizzou Athletics, the Columbia Missourian, The Arkansas Democrat Gazette, and the Little Rock Rangers soccer clubs.

I graduated with a bachelor's in Photojournalism from the Missouri School of Journalism and a minor in Business in 2024.
