I am a second year Environmental Science major at the University of New Hampshire looking for new internship opportunities to explore this field.
I have experience in many laboratory settings including microscopy, gel electrophoresis, and spectrophotometry, as well as lab tools such as Logger Pro, pH and conductivity probes, and figure making with excel and R. I also have field experience maintaining a formal field notebook, determining water velocity, distance and elevation using a stadia rod and auto or hand level, and Methane and Carbon Dioxide flux.
I am currently finishing in my second year at the University of New Hampshire in Environmental Science. Some relevant courses include Techniques in Environmental Science, Studio Soils, Biogeosciences in the Earth System, Ecology, Contemporary Conservation Issues, and Issues of Wilderness & Nature in American Society.
