I am DBT certifie, EMDR trained, Clinical Hynosis trained, and TF-CBT trained. I have additional training in SUDS, IDP assessor, Christian life coaching, and have taken specialized classes in ADHD, anxiety, IFS, and ACT.

I have my LPC-IT license and am ⅔ finished with accumulating the hours towards the LPC license. I have over 2 years of experience working with a wide range of ages, diverse populations, and a wide variety of mental health disorders.
