General Manager at Scenthound (2024-03 – 2025-01)
As the General Manager, I successfully helped develop and open the first location of its kind in the Chicagoland area. I was responsible for overseeing construction of the store and ensuring contractors met deadlines for our grand opening. I followed order guides, interviewed and onboarded a team of 12, and successfully sold over 100 presale memberships prior to opening.
I trained and developed my team to take on roles such as Lead Groomer, Dog Bather, and Assistant Manager. I oversaw all in-store tasks, meetings, customer service interactions, and ensured all health and wellness met Scenthound Corporate and OSHA standards.
Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness (2023-04 – 2024-03)
As the Assistant Manager, I primarily oversaw a team of 20+ employees. My responsibilities included prioritizing the daily tasks and delegating them amongst staff, as well as leading in customer service and member related issues.
