My work spans digital workplace technologies, device lifecycle management, observability and analytics systems, and integration‑heavy infrastructure supporting HR, finance, manufacturing, and commercial operations. I’m passionate about designing intuitive user experiences and building scalable training and enablement programs that meet people where they are, whether they’re executives, frontline workers, or technical teams.
