Serve as an aviation maintenance administration chief, a logistics specialist, and a career counselor with significant responsibilities for personnel management.
- Provided resume writing tools and GAP analysis to over 500 transitioning service members to ensure a successful transition into the Civilian work environment.
- Scheduled and prepared TAP classes for transitioning military members, to ensure transitioning service members were given the best opportunity to succeed.
- Provide career counseling advice: educate personnel on all academic opportunities and military regulations to help them excel inside and outside of the Navy
- Facilitated online and brick-and-mortar workshops and booked various vendors for indoctrination events to ensure personnel were given proper training when they arrive at Command
- Directed 75 personnel in daily operations to ensure all personal and professional goals were successfully accomplished
- Offered Career Counseling and training that led to a 45% rise in college enrollment, and an 80% increase in apprenticeship and journeymen qualifications
- Conducted additional IT training that directly contributed to the advancement of 17 junior personnel
- Spearheaded Command Mentorship Committee effort to ensure Sailors were accomplishing various goals regarding their career and Degree completion.
