Anthony Ballas

Hello! , my name is Anthony Ballas. I’m a Fordham College senior majoring in Communications & Culture with a concentration in “Media Industries“. Over my years at Fordham I’ve worked on a variety of skills by writing a sports column for the school paper “The Fordham Ram”, Learned the ins and outs of Radio working with WFUV Sports as well as much more at my current job as Production Assistant at Yankee Stadium. I’m a hardworking individual who’s eager to keep learning and growing in this field!

Currently I work as a part time production assistant for the New York Yankees in the scoreboard department. For over a year I‘ve assisted fans in getting scoreboard messages, archived MLB footage from Yankee games dating back 30 years as well as set up different in game events. I’ve also been a writer in the sports section of my schools newspaper “The Fordham Ram” since my sophomore year, while also gaining experience in our on campus radio station WFUV helping production for our sports shows.

I am a senior at Fordham College expected to graduate in May 2023 with my bachelors degree in Communication & Culture with a concentration on Media.
