With more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience across healthcare, technical, and enterprise staffing environments, I bring a proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing MSP programs while delivering measurable financial, operational, and client outcomes.
Throughout my career, I have led complex MSP and workforce initiatives for some of the largest and most demanding organizations in healthcare and industry. Most recently, as Director of Strategic Partnerships for Soloh Partners, I oversaw the strategy and execution of the healthcare MSP business line, leading blended onshore and offshore teams, launching new MSP programs, expanding participation across existing RightSourcing clients, and securing a new enterprise MSP partnership with Norton Healthcare. In this role, I partnered closely with executive stakeholders to drive growth, improve delivery performance, and ensure scalable, compliant operations.
Previously, as Senior Program Manager with RightSourcing, I led delivery for Hackensack Meridian Health, New Jersey’s largest hospital system, during one of the most complex workforce environments in modern healthcare. I supported large-scale hospital expansions and crisis staffing throughout COVID, managing a workforce of up to 800 contingent workers and generating more than $3M in weekly revenue. Post-crisis, I partnered with executive leadership to shift strategy toward cost containment, supplier optimization, and conversion of contingent labor to full-time employees—delivering meaningful savings while supporting long-term workforce stability.
Across my roles, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to align workforce strategy with enterprise objectives. My experience spans vendor-neutral MSPs, SOW and project-based delivery, insourcing models, payrolling, P&L ownership, compliance and audit readiness, executive reporting, and technology platforms including PeopleSoft, JobDiva, and various VMS systems. I am known for building high-performing teams, establishing disciplined operating rhythms, and translating complex workforce challenges into actionable, results-driven solutions.
