Microbiology Intern – Kismet Technologies
○ Understand SOP’s and protocols provided by the EPA, FDA, and AATCC required for conducting product efficacy experiments. E.g: MIC, Efficacy testing of antimicrobial pesticides on surfaces with hard, non-porous surfaces, and Disk diffusion.
○ Assist Staff Microbiologists with preparation of materials for their experiments. Such as preparation of phosphate buffer solution, overnight cultures, and sterilization of equipment.
○ Maintain and operate laboratory machinery such as autoclaves, spectrophotometer, centrifuge, incubator, and biosafety cabinet.
Lab Learning Support – Valencia College
○ Ensure laboratory activities were prepared for Biology and Anatomy classes. Tasks include the preparation of microscopes, regular maintenance of school computers, and ensuring all handouts were copied and printed.
○ Managed the inventory for all science related courses along with processing and documenting shipments.
○ Provided regular tutoring of students across multiple science disciplines.
Biometric Technician (on-call) – Amentum (USCIS)
o Conducted biometric analysis of fingerprints and photographic verification.
o Ensured Personal Identifiable Information (PII) remained organized and accounted within the USCIS database.
Apparel and Guest Services – Target Corporation
○ Maintained the Men’s apparel/Shoe departments of the store ensuring proper salesfloor organization. This included proficiency in apparel organization techniques such as folding and spacing hanging merchandise.
