Motivated, adaptable, IT Support Technician ready to learn and advance in the field of Information Technology. With plenty of knowledge about computers, enterprise applications and experiences in inventory management— among a large list of other skills and growing— I have completed the Surge2IT course at Amazon so I have learned how to configure thin clients, repair printers, and organize my time and emails effectively. I am looking to pivot into the gaming industry and chase my dream of helping to create an amazing gaming experience for players.
I "Dare To Dream". I have lots of experience with bug finding and report them very descriptively so that it can be recreated with no issues; creating custom reports on test coverage and defect data. I am taking mentor lessons from Quality Assurance managers and always researching ways to get my foot in the door to the gaming industry.
I even have experience testing service features within Amazon. At first I thought I might want to do Network Engineering, then I thought Software Development, but after lots of 1 on 1 with family and friends I have set my goal on the Gaming industry's QA Teams that may branch off into SDE. I believe I will bring a lot of diversity to any team I join.
Making finding the right decision for any project easier. I have tons of gaming experience too. I love to play all types of titles and I do not burn out quickly. I can sit and play for hours and not get bored.
I am currently working towards my ISTQB. I like to experiment and break the rules when it comes to video games. My goal is to prove to myself and the world that I have what it takes to reach for the stars and become a Software Quality Assurance intern.
Managing equipment by keeping count and procuring more if needed. Repairing various IT relates asset from computers to printer to scanners. I know am the boots on the ground IT Support for 5 Amazon buildings and resolve tickets for IT related problems.
At Camden County College I studied Computer Science but have yet to finish due to saving up for future classes.
