Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations, equipment maintenance, and safety of all ramp activities at an overseas US Air Force Parking Ramp. The role involves ensuring the efficient and safe movement of aircraft, vehicles, loading and off-loading cargo and terminal activities related to movement and processing personnel. Serves as one of the shift planners and coordinators for all operational missions and activities encompassing rotary and fixed-wing movements.
The position is crucial in both peacetime and wartime operations, requiring coordination with various military and civilian entities.
- Coordinates and manages all airfield operations to ensure the safe and efficient movement of aircraft, cargo, and personnel
- Manages airfield reports, operational training, and support activities
- Ensures compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Conducts regular safety inspections and audits of airfield facilities and equipment
- Implements and enforces safety protocols for airfield operations
- Schedules and oversees routine and emergency maintenance of airfield facilities, ramp, taxiway, and lighting systems
- Coordinates with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient repairs and upgrades

- Maintains accountability of all assigned personnel, vehicles and equipment

- Coordinates with other managers to address disciplinary issues in country and recommend disciplinary action
- Acts as the primary point of contact between the Erbil run US Army Base airfield and various military and civilian agencies, including U.S. military and coalition forces

Site Lead / Operational Manager (AFRICOM AOR) - MATREA (Special Mobility) - Camp Lemonier, Djibouti

Responsible for the Direct Aviation Support Service Program to both US Government Contracts (CWS) Containerized Weapon Systems and (SWIT) Switchblade Programs in Country Teams and the Customers in support of their aviation program requirements within the assigned country by Fixed Wing aircraft King Air (BE200C). Provided management and administrative functions necessary for the safe, efficient, effective operation of Aviation Support Services and Air Operations Program at the Main Operating Base (MOB) Camp Lemonier Djibouti, Forward Operating Base (FOB) in some countries (Somalia, Kenya and Djibouti), and other locations as directed with AFRICOM Theater of Operations.
- Managed the Fixed Wing operations of aircraft conducting intra theater and international air movements with AFRICOM Theater

Provided management and administrative functions necessary for the safe, efficient, effective operation of Aviation Support Services and Air Operations Program at the Main Operating Base (MOB) Bagram Air Force Base-Afghanistan, Forward Operating Base (FOB) in country and other locations as directed (Kabul, Mazar Sharif, Kandahar, Dahlke, etc.). Performed the duties of the Country Site Manager from August 2020 through December 2021.
