I have been waiting for the right time and the right role to apply for a role in the healthcare space after I successfully exited with DrChrono. While, I am passionate about my health, both mentally and physically and I am an avid proponent of the practice of law as indicated by the adjunct professor role I have had since August 2016, I am thoroughly obsessed with ensuring we all have access to proper nutrition so that we may lead a healthier life. If I am able to work with your team on building a Herbalife products, I know that I will serve my purpose as practicing a sophisticated brand of law while living my authentic life surrounded by passionate humans.

I am now both the CLO/General Counsel of a pre-IPO startup company based out of D.C. in the climate space as well as the Interim General Counsel of a San Francisco-based biotech, public company that is suffering due to fundraising issues. In my role, I am responsible for all customer/sales contract work, policy work, compensation/HR matters, and all SEC paperwork. Additionally, for the past seven years, I have severed as an adjunct professor at the USD School of Law where I teach corporate transactions, securities, and corporations.
