As part of the remediation team, involved in projects called ACI Recurring Payment, Macy's trans audit and Dismissed Bankruptcy. Objective is to find out the impacted population of customers, since last 12 years that were incorrectly charged with late payment fees and other financial charges.
Remediation projects work closely with the business groups to come up with a remediation strategy for identified production issues and execution the same. In most cases, a retrospective fix is required, and monetary/non-monetary remediation needs to be carried out in favor of cardholder, e.g., posting a monetary adjustment to reverse the late fee levied.
