I have over 6 years of experience in human resources or as a department manager, utilizing my education and experience in Business Administration for a dynamic and complex array of KSIs. I could be a valuable team member, as I am detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent multi-tasker. My time in the military as a Human Resources Specialist has trained me to work under pressure, prioritize appropriately, and lead a large team successfully.

I have just over 6 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with additional logistics experience that is heavily focused on budget and financial oversight. I have managed departments of Compensation and Logistics/Supply management, making me a diverse and dynamic addition to any team. I have experience in all fields of Human Resources (benefits, recruiting and talent management, compensation, employee relations, onboarding, training, orientation, etc.).

I obtained my Master of Business Administration from Purdue University with a 4.0 and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Organizational Leadership from National University.
