Went beyond to keep that store going, store would flood, so they would make us pick up water like 5 hrs before reopening the store for customer. Ended up making a ditch behind the store about 40 ft or more the store did not flood after that.
Was also having to drain the septic by hand because it would over flow and I along with my co-workers did so much in that store to keep it running and compete with dollar general right next door but at the end the new owners wanted the stores that were producing more money and for a town of under 2000 residents it just wasn't enough to continue in business.
