Amazon Fulfillment 5/2019-PresentInbound Stow Process Assistance
As a process assistant for Inbound Stow I act as a supporting member of the leadership team. For stow this means Leading our water spider team who is responsible for receiving and distributing work to up to 80 Stow associates at any given time. I am also responsible for developing and on boarding new hires, and coaching and mentoring any stow associate that is on my floor. This includes but is not limited to partnering with learning, HR, and other members of leadership to provide our associates with the tools the need to be successful. I am also responsible for monitoring all reactive work, which are products that have orders attached to them, and making sure that they do not miss their SLA ( Stow by time)
- As one of only two Nepali members of leadership I act as a liaison for the Nepali associates on site. I also support in Translation services
- Developed a new onboarding and water spider Training programme for our shift and have successfully trained over 70 AA to be water spiders
Inbound Dock clerk
As an inbound dock ship clerk I was responsible for handling incoming volume in the building, and partnered with our dock team and Central flow to plan and coordinate workflow.
Inbound Stow Associate
As an Amazon fulfillment associate I perform a variety of duties including deciphering work orders, locating merchandise in storage locations, and stowing them into pods for future customer orders.
- Stowing customer orders before the SLA time is due.
- Continuously maintaining and exceeding 100% of Quality and Productivity standards.
- Actively Coaching other associates on how they can improve performance and quality as a Learning ambassador
- As an ambassador, I train new associates coming into the building.
- Represent amazon by following the amazon processor.
- Fulfilled customer satisfaction by packing their Order on timely manner
- Handle vendor receive
- responsible for shorting the item received from the vendor for either to stow, or pre orders, or problem solve.
- Enhance safety on the team by teaching others about proper safety protocol.
- Cultivated an efficient work area by running and sledding products to stowers.
- Enforced first in first out with product order.
- Tracked reactive product and ensured it is stowed before the SLA.
- Away teams
- DSM5- help launch the building as a receive PA. It was a great experience, getting to learn a new field and bringing success to the building and being part of it. I was cross trained from stow PA to Receive PA to help out.
- MKE2- went to MKE2 as a count ambassador to help fill the business need. I am glad to be part of this successful trip. I was able to bring them great success by providing them with great training materials. AA’s that I trained were upgraded to harder count and one of them got to be a back up PA position.
- CMH4- helped launch this building as a stow ambassador and because of my training abilities the building was hitting over what their goals were. they were at 255-261 each night.

Outbound Picker associate
Constantly walked through the warehouse to pick customer orders and fulfill it by Listening to a headset. I was also responsible for maintaining future customer order by which I was given to modify the labeling and packaging.
- Picking customer orders before the SLA time is due.
- Pack and maintain quality of product for future customers.
- Induct the item to help sort and make sure it got it packer in pack.

Stock and Sales Floor Associate
Helped maintain an active floor inventory by receiving and restocking products while providing sales assistance and great customer service.
- Assisted customers in finding and purchasing products.
- Ensured all the merchandise is stored correctly and performed seasonal product rotation.
