I love to watch and read human psychology, i used to work in a sales industry back home (philippines). i had experienced working in a call center industry and was assigned in retail account. Then work in the airport as Sales representative selling souvenirs and other staff like duty free. I believe that having a good communication skills is an easy way to meet the customers need in a business or sale industry.

Dealing with the customers either through phone or in person is a bit challenging at first. but for me asking questions and listen to the customers concern is a way to meet the customers satisfaction.

I have degree in hotel and restaurant management. not just managing the hotel and restaurant but also providing a good service to the customer.
