Hi! My name is Arianna! I'm a Community Partnership Manager at Meta's New Product Experimentation Org, where I've worked with creators and influencers to build and ship 0-1 Creator Products.
Experimentation is a product incubation org within Meta, where teams build 0-1 products. At Meta, I launched my own partnerships program, “Super x Creators,” where I successfully scaled our partnerships program by 150%. The success of Super x Creators validated our product direction, which drove the launch of Super's Public Beta (our current product focus).
Prior to my time at Meta's NPE Org, I was the Director of Marketing at a venture backed dating app, Flutter Dating. At Flutter, I organically scaled our social presence and community from 0-110,000 followers in five months - beating out our competitors at Bumble, Tinder, and Hinge on social media. Here, I tapped into the power of community by working with our users and social media followers to understand pain points within the dating and relationship space; and discussing solutions to pain points in our content.
The success of Flutter has opened doors for me professionally and as a content creator – At Meta, I am a member of a Creator Product Advisory Council, and work(ed) with six creator product teams, and have been invited to discuss my knowledge and expertise on creators with Senior product leaders. Recently, I was invited to speak at Google's Cultural Impact Summit about my work at Flutter, community, and creator products.
