Visual Designer - LUCID MOTORS

As the Visual Designer on the Internal Communications team, I drove the development and stewardship of our corporate identity across all internal channels. Creating and maintain a cohesive suite of print, digital, and event collateral, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand's values and visual standards. Collaborating closely with the Brand team to align internal messaging with our external brand presence for a unified company image.

• Acting as creative lead for cross-functional teams-including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Stock, and Benefits-delivering compelling visual communications tailored to each audience.
• Partnering with stakeholders to translate complex ideas into clear, accessible, and inspiring visuals that foster engagement and understanding.
• Developing and upholding brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all internal materials.
• Designing visually engaging presentations for senior leadership and company-wide All-Hands meetings, including high-impact decks for the CEO.

Lead Designer - DESIGNWORKS, A BMW COMPANY

In this role, I designed and managed programs for leading global companies including: USA Olympics & Paralympics, Microsoft, John Deere, Saudia Airlines, Amgen, HP, Revlon, and Pilatus as well as for the BMW Group's four premium brands: BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and BMWi.

• We took a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary, team-based approach to understand our target users needs, then used those insights to develop innovative ideas and practical features for a product or service, emphasizing a collaborative and integrated approach throughout the process. From personas and use case scenario development, to testing and creative production assets.
• Acted as Brand Guardian developing and maintaining all corporate identity collateral including print, digital, advertising and special event design.
• Led major design projects for fortune 500 companies with business driven creative results.
• Responsible for making sure all major presentations were met with Designworks "Creative Design Criteria".
