Handful of clients visit me at my home gym for workouts. Clients often don't know what to do and/or just want a partner who has experience in working out. This is where I come in to motivate and make working out fun by sharing my positive attitude with them.
- Weekly workouts along with planning out the week for the client to do them by themselves.
- Occasionally I meet some clients at the gym of their choice for a more diverse range of workouts.
- Wrote out plans regarding nutritional benefits and workout benefits for At-Home workouts (Or on own time) as well as spoke about mental importance in exercise.
- Stayed On-Call for the patients in case they needed help with anything throughout the day.
- Kept a positive attitude with everyone and put in the effort to become like family.
