Entering new patient’s demographics performing vital signs (B/P, Temp, Pulse and Weight)
Performing urinalysis for yearly examinations etc.
Calling patients about lab results upon Doc request
Administering injections (influenza. covid, B-12, pneumonia)
Administering and calibrating nebulizer machine when needed
Assisting Doctor with pap-smears and breast exams
Entering patient information in Practice fusion systems
Printing and faxing patient medical records to various specialists
Schedule new and existing patients
Entering diagnosis codes ICD-10 for prior authorizations
Verifying patients’ insurance information
Writing referrals upon doctors’ request
Entering pre-operative data
Completing prior authorizations information (cover my meds)
Refilling patient’s prescriptions into data system
