- I attend to more than 50 customers per day that come to patronize baking materials and banking ingredients.
- I take note of every daily transaction initiated by the customers.
- I give summary daily report transaction reports of every transaction that takes place.
- I pay attention to every information the customers provide be it complaint and request without mixing it up.

- I initiate Agency PIN reset request when agents call into the contact center after through authentication keep the records on dynamic CRM portal.
- I use the Agency Ceva portal to initiate Agency PIN reset and then sends agency user ID to agents when he or she calls or sends a mail into the contact center.
- In a situation where agent complains of delayed inflow of funds into his or her account, I advise agents to send approved receipts to the email department, if a customer comes to initiate debit card withdrawal transaction on his or her POS machine terminal and if it's a funds transfer transaction that's done into agent's account, I also advise the agent to liaise with sender and get the session ID in order to assist further on the delayed inflow of funds complaint.
- I also send an escalation mail to the unit that will dispatch POS terminal machine to agents that request for POS terminal machine and usually initiate much transactions in their accounts.
