Arturo Chavez

I attended San Diego State University, where I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and competed as an NCAA Division I soccer student-athlete. I went on to play professional soccer with Capo FC, competing in the National Independent Soccer Association (NISA), while working full time. Previously, I worked at Sunnova Energy Corporation as an Interconnections Coordinator, collaborating with utilities, city officials, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

My strengths include clear communication and strong organizational skills.

I have experience supporting operations, customer service, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments. Most recently, I worked at Sunnova Energy Corporation as an Interconnections Coordinator, where I managed high-volume applications, maintained detailed records, coordinated with utilities and city officials, and ensured projects stayed on schedule. I also have experience in customer relations and HR support, handling sensitive communications, data accuracy, and internal coordination.

In addition, I’ve held leadership roles in hospitality and operations management, strengthening my ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality customer experiences while balancing professional athletics at the collegiate and professional level.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from San Diego State University, graduating in 2022. While at SDSU, I competed as an NCAA Division I soccer student-athlete, balancing a demanding academic workload with high-level athletic performance, which strengthened my leadership, time management, and teamwork skills.
