My name is Arvon Bacon, I'm 27 and I have been working in the sports journalism field for eight years. Throughout my career, I've closely collaborated with players, coaches, and others to tell compelling stories both on and off the court. My experience spans across amateur, collegiate, and professional sports.
Over the years, I have honed my skills in graphic design, show production, editing, and conducting interviews. Additionally, I am a proficient writer who understands the ever-changing nature of the media industry and am adept at navigating its challenges.
I have built a successful sports media business (Bacon Network LLC) focused on covering a range of athletics, including GHSA athletics, the NBA G-League, the WNBA, South Carolina women's basketball, and West Georgia athletics. Over the years, I have honed my ability to cover diverse sports events and tell compelling stories that resonate with audiences.

Earning my Bachelor's degree from West Georgia in Mass Communication/Journalism (2021). It gave me the foundation of writing, as well as providing opportunities to covering the schools athletics, to gain experience interviewing and working to meet deadlines.
