Health care is a 24 hour job in which each member involved in the multidisciplinary team must collaborate effectively, remain open minded and actively seek solutions. I strive to be a team player who contributes something to the overall plan using my clinical judgement. Reflection and deliberation are two skills I have put a lot of effort into incorporating into my work ethic due to my inherent belief that there is always room for growth.
