I am a freelance IT professional with extensive experience in business analysis, quality assurance, data validation, and process documentation. My background includes supporting government enterprise systems, mainframe workflows, SAP BI/BW reporting, and regulatory processes. I specialize in analyzing requirements, validating complex data flows, testing system functionality, and improving operational accuracy across legacy and modern platforms.

I have also provided 24×7 on‑call production support, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly batch jobs. This includes monitoring job failures, performing root‑cause analysis, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring timely recovery to maintain business continuity.

I have completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), providing me with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, computer science concepts, and practical IT skills.
