In Walmart OPD I am a personal shopper, which means I shopped for online orders in a fast-paced environment. From that, I have learned amazing customer service skills. This job also consists of taking out orders to cars and staying organized in the back room.
This job has taught me the "Section and seat" system by mapping out aisles and memorizing how the store is laid out, like mapping out the tables and layout of a restaurant. Lastly, I have gained skills in multitasking, having to handle multiple things at once without getting overwhelmed and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
