- Served as the primary point of contact for the Denver office, responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborated closely with multiple cross-functional teams, high-level executives and stakeholders who support Denver and our market, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
- Acted as an escalation path for office related issues, concerns, feedback, and suggestions, triaging accordingly.
- Wrote comprehensive office-related communications, newsletters, and celebrated employee success stories.
- Planned and coordinated move projects and expansions. Adjusted existing space layout as needed. Led headcount modeling for forecasting needs from various teams.
- Onboard new hires and transfers.
- Spearhead community engagement efforts, supporting local nonprofit partnerships, led local employee resource groups and social committees, and organized employee events.
- Worked with local nonprofits to maintain relationships and establish ties in Denver. Involved researching and analyzing current and potential partnerships, developing strategies to maximize the impact of the partnerships, and providing guidance on how to best leverage the partnerships to benefit the organization.
