Ashley Burgess

I am the CEO and founder of a non-profit organization serving youth in Cleveland, Ohio. As a qualified behavioral health specialist and youth program director, I create and lead programs that use therapeutic art to support social-emotional learning, healing, and self-expression. I’m also an author of a children’s book and enjoy doing read-alouds, mentoring, and leading community initiatives that empower youth to understand themselves and reach their full potential.

With over five years of experience as a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist and Youth Program Director, I specialize in using therapeutic art and social-emotional learning to support healing, self-awareness, and personal growth among youth. As a children’s book author with more than five years of experience, I also create meaningful learning experiences through storytelling, mentoring, and community engagement.
